Who can create events on CTS Network?
Verified campus creators and organizers can publish events after completing a review process. We check identity and content quality before approving new creators.
How do ticket QR codes work?
Each ticket includes a unique QR code generated at purchase. Organizers scan codes at entry using the CTS Scanner to validate tickets in real time, preventing duplicates and fraud.
Is there a fee for selling tickets?
Fees depend on the payment provider and plan. Standard transaction fees apply through Midtrans for paid events. Free events are always free to create and attend.
What kind of content is allowed?
Events, courses, and digital products that serve campus communities are welcome. All content is reviewed by moderators to ensure it meets platform quality and safety standards.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refund policies are set by each event organizer. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests. CTS Network facilitates the transaction but does not manage refunds.
